Refund Policy

MENARDS Consulting Services, LLC - dba: Easy Computing offers a 30-day Money Back Guarantee on almost every product we sell.  On all returns, please call customer service at 561-630-9949, in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date.  All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five, (5), business days, upon receipt of the returned merchandise.  All products MUST be in original packing material. All returned product that is not damaged or defective will result in a 10% re-stocking fee.  All proper paperwork must be included with the return to be considered complete.
