With the season in full force, we are busy with all the new things the industry has to offer. We are approaching our seventh year in business and have grown to over 4500 customers.
In May of 2004, we purchased Easy Computing, Inc. (one of our competitors) in the Sunny Plaza located on the NW corner of Northlake and Military Trail, in Palm Beach Gardens, which is now our main location.
In 2005 by becoming an Authorized Dell Solution Provider; In 2007 we became a Dell Direct Partner store. This means you can order those new Dell computers right through us instead of calling Dell directly and we will take care of all your warranty issues. We can inform you of what you really need and what options are completely unnecessary. Have no fear of being talked into something you didn't really want in the first place. This will not only save you time but money.
Having someone in the area you can stop by and ask questions is worth its weight in gold. When someone gets a new computer, they have questions that they need answered about something that has changed from their last computer. It is nice to know that we are always here ready to serve your needs. We also stock a good supply of Dell parts, accessories, and general computer supplies for your convenience.
In addition to Dell, we are a Linksys Partner and carry most of the common Linksys products. We are also Preferred Western Digital Resellers, and one of the largest resellers of used computers and accessories in the area. We always have used computers starting at $99.00. We even give our refurbished machines an complete in-house warranty in case something goes terribly wrong. In 2008, we became resellers for TP-Link; a business class, high output wireless network routers and accessories.
Out of all the people to call for computer repair, we strive to be the best. Our rate structure is very simple to understand. Customers pay us for the first hour or any portion of that hour, and if we go over one hour, we charge you in 30 minute increments. No extra or hidden fees! Plain and simple.
We train our employees according to manufacture's specifications, ensuring they have the knowledge and honestly serve our community with everything we can give. That is why we call ourselves "Your Local, Friendly, Convenient and Honest Neighborhood Computer Store".
Our hours of operation are from 8:30am until 5:30pm, Monday through Friday, and on Saturday from 9:00am until 1:00pm.
